Kohl’s Corp. is expected to relocate its Manassas store from one big-box shopping center to another, and shrink about 40% in the process.
A site plan was filed this week for a Kohl’s store at Bull Run Plaza, in place of the recently shuttered Dick’s Sporting Goods at 10800 Sudley Manor Drive. The site plan for Bull Run Plaza lists that 52,000-square-foot space — a size that falls in line with Kohl’s preferred smaller-format footprint — as “New Tenant Signed,” but without identifying the tenant.
