Crafthouse, a craft beer chain that opened its doors in 2017 in Fairfax, Arlington and Reston, just secured an astonishing $250M deal with American Development Partners to catapult their expansion efforts in the next five years.  The restaurants serve over 250 craft beers and ciders along with typical pub cuisine, such as Cowboy Burgers, Hot Honey BBQ Chicken, and Southwest Burger Wraps, among others.

Rappaport’s Director of Brokerage, Pat O’Meara, is the master broker that will assist with Crafthouse’s major rollout across the nation as new franchisees sign on.  With this financing deal, Pat states “this announcement will help facilitate new franchisees without them having to come out of pocket.  ADP will alleviate the financial pressure that would otherwise occur if it were entirely on the individual owners.”
