Size:
- Space requirements are 5,000 SF
- Minimum basement height of 12-foot ceiling clearance
- An overall minimum of 12-foot ceiling clearance
Site Criteria:
- Space can be partially, or all lower level, but access must be on the street level
- Space can be partially or all street-level slab
- Slab on grade and basement space (with no garage below)
