Caroline Bosch has quickly transitioned from her role as a Senior Retail Analyst to become one of Rappaport’s up-and-coming leasing agents, where she is applying her experience in market analysis and real estate deal making for clients such as Kolaghassi Capital, Starbucks, and Taty’s Peruvian Chicken. Her experience coordinating with financial underwriters on lease approvals and transfers paired with her knowledge of key deal terms and required lease documentation for Lenders and Landlords alike, helps her smoothly guide clients through transactions. Caroline demonstrates several core competencies in the Commercial Real Estate industry, ranging from her experience with prospecting calls, LOI drafting, site tours, and asset management. Caroline continues to dedicate herself to learning and developing the skills needed to contribute to clients and to the Rappaport team. Caroline holds a BA from The College of William & Mary. She serves her community as a member of the D.C. and Baltimore ICSC Young Gen Committee and is an active member of CREW Network.
