Prior to joining the team, Chris owned and operated three successful restaurants in a 20-year span, eventually transferring his restaurant expertise into commercial real estate by procuring more than 1.5M SF of retail with Tetra Partnerships. When he came to Rappaport in 2015, many landlord and retailer clients followed, a true testament to his established credibility as a trusted retail advisor for the community. Over his tenure at Rappaport, Chris has advised prominent landlords and tenants, such as Regency, Rock Creek Properties, Ledo’s Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Five Guys, and The Bungalow Alehouse and has helmed several development projects including Loudoun Crossroads and Lakeview Pad sites.
