Zach Elcano joined Rappaport in May of 2016 following his graduation from American University where he earned a degree in Business Administration specializing in Management and Marketing. During his time at American University, Zach represented his school on the men’s basketball team. Zach started at Rappaport as a Leasing Associate where he played an integral role in the day-to-day leasing aspect on a portfolio of over 9 million SF. As a director of leasing and brokerage, Zach assists senior leasing agents with prospecting throughout the market for various assets within the Rappaport portfolio and actively involved on the leasing of numerous mixed-use projects and neighborhood shopping centers throughout the region.
