It’s the most wonderful time of the year! The decorations are going up, and the warm, cozy feeling is all around, bringing friends and family together. And what could be better than capturing memories with Santa Claus himself? Rappaport has you covered with multiple opportunities to get your photo with the Big Man. And the fun doesn’t end with the photo-op— these events offer crafts, music, giveaways, and much more for everyone to enjoy. Read on to find an event near you!
Professional Photos with Santa will be held at Towers Shopping Center on Sunday, December 8, from 12 -4 p.m.! Be sure to bring your holiday spirit and cheer to capture the perfect memories with your loved ones.
Hilltop Plaza will host their Soulful Santa experience from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, December 6th. There will be music, and the Christmas spirit will be felt throughout the entire Plaza! If you miss Santa on Friday, you can still grab a photo at Skyland Town Center’s Soulful Santa experience on Saturday, December 7 from 12 – 3 p.m.!
Village at Leesburg will also host Sensory Santa Visits in partnership with A Place to Be on Sunday, December 1, 8, and 15th from 9 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Registration is required for this event so click here to secure your spot!
Santa will also be available for selfies at several holiday events throughout the season! Alexandria Commons will have Selfies with Santa on Friday, December 6 – from 5:00-7:00 p.m and Tysons West on Friday, December 13 – from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Winter Wonderland Events also offer an excellent opportunity for spontaneous photos with Santa Claus. Celebrate the season with crafts, music, and more at Festival at Riva (Saturday, December 7 – from 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.), Tackett’s Mill (Saturday, December 7 – 1:00-3:00 p.m.), Brambleton Town Center (Sunday, December 1 – 12:00-3:00 p.m.), Vienna Shopping Center (Friday, December 13 – 5:00-7:00 p.m.), and Festival at Bel Air (Saturday, December 7 – 12:00-2:00 p.m.)
Village at Leesburg Holiday Events
Village at Leesburg will kick off the holiday season on Saturday, November 16, starting with a Holiday Open House! From 2-4 p.m., knock out your holiday shopping before the annual Tree Lighting Festival for merchant specials, ice skating, and much more. Grab your favorite holiday drink to go, and stroll the Village to see all that the merchants have to offer this holiday season.
Later, gather with friends and family in the Plaza for an afternoon of family-friendly entertainment from local performance groups, carolers, train rides, ice skating, and much more at the Annual Tree Lighting Festival. Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be onsite, and they cannot wait to snap a photo with you!
The Tree Lighting isn’t your only opportunity to celebrate the season at Village at Leesburg! Santa will visit the Village for three consecutive Saturdays on December 7th, 14th, and 21st from 4:00-6:00 p.m., so there will be plenty of opportunities to let him know what’s on your list! For a full weekend of holiday cheer, Mrs. Claus will be hosting storytime on Sundays, December 8th and 15th from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
The Village will also host local musicians on December 8 from 2 p.m.-3 p.m. for Tuba Christmas! Come by and hear your favorite holiday standards.
