Melin Ross has been with Rappaport since 2017. As Director of Investor Relations, she is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both current and potential investors. Ms. Ross provides comprehensive financial oversight by managing Monthly Operating Reports and orchestrating Annual Budgets, performing Quarterly Distributions, and ensuring the timely delivery of Schedule K-1s. She plays a pivotal role in Rappaport’s equity raises, overseeing all aspects of investor communications, managing the data room, and the timely execution of each subscription package. Her expertise extends to contributions, closing processes as well as the successful launch of the investor portal, Juniper Square. Through this platform, she efficiently manages relationships across 16 LLCs, including 11 shopping centers, and oversees over 1,000 investment positions. She manages 575 active unique investment entities and engages with 541 potential investors. Ms. Ross’s focus is on fostering transparent and proactive communication with investors, ensuring they are informed about company performance and investment opportunities. Ms. Ross’s leadership in this area ensures that Rappaport’s investors receive timely updates and that potential investors experience a clear and welcoming introduction to Rappaport’s opportunities.
