We are determined to go the distance for all those affected by Alzheimer’s. We are inspired by the strength of the more than 6 million Americans living with this disease, the over 11 million family members and friends who provide them with care, and the unwavering determination of the doctors and scientists who work to find the cure.
Right now, there is no shortage of ideas in Alzheimer’s research — only dollars, which is why we ask for your support. Rappaport is proud to be a presenting sponsor in the Ride to End ALZ, a fully-supported, one-day fundraising event where every dollar raised supports the Alzheimer’s Association’s efforts to discover treatment and prevention methods for Alzheimer’s disease. Last year we exceeded our expectations and raised over $30,000. With your help, we hope to raise over $60,000 for Alzheimer’s research this year.
The bike ride will take place on May 7 at Leesburg’s Morven Park in Loudoun County, VA. With route options ranging from 25 to 100 miles, there is something for every skill level. Opportunities to join our team or donate to #TeamRappaport can be found here. We’d love to have you ride with us this year. If you’re interested in training with #TeamRappaport, please email Henry Fonvielle here.
With each mile we ride, we are raising funds to advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer’s. We hope to see you there!
