Development: Completion of 30K SF in-place office renovation. Hilltop Plaza Dunkin Donuts building addition. Skyland Town Center construction commences on Block 2. Cobb 12 Theater renovation at Village at Leesburg.

Property Management: 3,120 site visits. 320 night lighting inspections. Automated contract approval process.

Marketing: 104 shopping center events held.

Accounting: Closed over $200 million in new loans.

Lease Administration: Administration of leases for 1,565 tenants.

Information Technology: Managing four terabytes of data.

HR/IT/Office Management: 13 employee events. Two successful office moves. Hired 15 new employees.
