Rappaport successfully closed on the acquisition of Hilltop Plaza, a 184,920 square-foot retail center in Bowie, Maryland. This acquisition was a joint venture with Michael Rabin, Jared Okun, and their company, Fortified Fortified Property Group.
Hilltop Plaza is anchored by two grocers (Mom’s Organic and Aldi), two national banks, and Walgreen’s.
