Food network star brings cupcake store to Lake Ridge
Dillingham Square signed a 1,200 SF lease with Cravings Cupcakery, Cravings Cupcakery is a veteran-owned, home-based bakery delivering gourmet cakes and cupcakes to Northern Virginia. Alex Sheil represented the landlord and John Marigliano of Renaud consulting represented the Tenant on this deal.
After more than 21 years of serving her country in the U.S. Air Force, owner, Carie Parker decided to serve cake. With the encouragement of those who tasted her homemade creations, she established Cravings Cupcakery in 2012. Carie Parker will be featured on Food Network’s Cake Wars on Monday, October 24. Dillingham Square is a 235,020 square-foot community shopping center anchored by Food Lion and Gold’s Gym. The center is located at the intersection of Old Bridge Road and Smoketown Road in Woodbridge. Dillingham Square recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation, including upgrades to the facade, landscaping and signage which created excellent visibility from Old Bridge Road.
