Team Rappaport is ready to wake up in Vegas! The Executive, Leasing and Brokerage teams have their flights booked, bags packed and are fully prepared to make some deals at ICSC RECon from May 19th to 22nd. The four-day event will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where Rappaport will join the 37,000 industry professionals and 1,200 exhibitors of developers, owners, brokers and retailers all under one roof.
This year, Team Rappaport will be showcasing their current and newest tenant clients at Booth C013-South, such as Chipotle, Blink Fitness, b.good, Boqueria, Orangetheory Fitness, and [solidcore]. On the landlord representation side, current and new clients include Compromise at Main, Beckert’s Park, Skyland Town Center, Avec on H, Rockville Town Square, and more. Our founder and CEO, Gary D. Rappaport, CRRP, will be teaching a course on “Investing in Retail Properties” based on his 17-chapter book of the same name.
