Rappaport is welcoming everyone to our hometown to attend the Mid-Atlantic Conference and Deal Making convention presented by International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). On March 4th and 5th, the annual conference will be held at Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor, offering multiple panels and events such as Developers’ Runway, Retailer Central and Deal Making.
One of the main events, Family Feud: Developer versus Retailer, pits developers and retailers against each other to battle it out as they answer questions about the retail industry. This will be hosted by Rappaport’s Mike Howard on Monday, March 4th at 2:45pm. Immediately following Family Feud, Rappaport’s Alex Shiel will moderate Retailers Runway at 3:45pm. He will be facilitating conversations with emerging and expanding retailers in this market to highlight their distinguishing attributes, ideal space requirements and expansion plans.
This year, Rappaport will be directly in front of the entrance at Booth 701. Our executives, brokers and leasing agents will be meeting and discussing the many services Rappaport offers, such as management and leasing for third-party and Rappaport-owned properties as well as tenant representation.
