Jim offers inventive and original retail leasing and consulting to numerous shopping center and mixed-use property owners in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland. Jim has over 28 years of experience in retail real estate in the D.C. metro area, focusing much of his effort on conceptualizing and leasing new projects from inception, and revitalizing passé projects into fresh, relevant developments. Jim is an early-adopter of new technologies to achieve his client’s goals, and has an unyielding drive to pursue projects to completion. His impressive work has resulted in a client list including American Realty Advisors, AEW, DWS/RREEF, Insight Property Group, MRP Realty, Northwestern Mutual, Greystar and many others.
